I’m a software engineer in Lagos, Nigeria. Most of my experience lies in web engineering, building applications on both the frontend and backend. I have a strong interest in finance and law (and have a background in law). Much of my experience as a software engineer has also included building financial products, especially around digital lending and business banking. Sometimes, I write about technical concepts and tools on my blog. Some things I like to do are reading, writing, and learning things that momentarily catch my interest (currently Japanese). I strongly believe in growth - and putting yourself in positions that force growth. Much like learning to swim by jumping into water or learning to drive by grabbing a steering wheel, after preparing your best to avoid drowning or crashing. George Brecht said “the whole universe interests me”. I share the sentiment, except that I have realized building things interests me above all.
I built a website with comprehensive notes on the Nigerian law. I worked with Fisayo and Gabriel. My role involved project/product management and frontend development.
